The model DW-75 digital
torque wrench / tester is ergonomically designed,
extremely lightweight and can be used as a
production tool or to calibrate other torque
wrenches. It tightens or loosens bolts up to 650
lb-in. Torque controlled wrenches can be evaluated
by comparative tests on a sample fastener. Both
breakaway and loosen tests can be performed.
This digital torque
wrench / tester has an accuracy of ±0.5%, ± 1 LSD.
DW-75 offers a programmable setpoint with an audible
beep for uniform tightening or Go/No Go testing.
The data memory stores and recalls data or the data
may be downloaded for SPC (statistical process
control) via the RS232 port.
Model DW-75 can
substantially reduce scrap and rework costs by
eliminating over and under tightening. Digital
torque wrenches are ideal for use in a wide variety
of applications including the manufacture of
electronic, appliance and aerospace assemblies.
