Perform quick and
efficient peel tests with the motorized peel tester.
The MV-220 motorized test stand provides smooth,
consistent speed essential for peel testing. The DPS
force gauge features convenient push buttons to
select measuring units, measuring modes and includes
an RS232 port for data downloads. Special
attachments facilitate 90°, 180°, T and rotary peel
applications.
Peel tester operation is simple. Adjust the MV-220
travel limits and speed dial, then push the
direction switch to achieve accurate, repeatable
peel tests. The quick switch rapidly resets the
MV-220 for the next test.
Specify DPS force gauge capacity, choose special
attachments and you’re ready to test Velcro, tapes,
laminates, packaging and a wide variety of other
materials. Options include SW-1 data acquisition
software for full SPC and graphing analysis and a
digital speed indicator. |
